Since 2010, GWL has supplied the LiFePO4 packs to more than 100 electric busses manufactured by SOR Libchavy. These 100% electric buses are operated in several countries of Europe.

One of the most prominent and successful application of the clean energy, 100% electric power transportation is in Prague’s BB Center.  Two electric busses have been in operation since February 2016 and during the 5 years have driven more than 200 000 km transporting more than 2 000 000 passengers.

These busses serve on daily basis as a free public transportation between the underground station and the BB Center, which is the most prominent business center of Prague with businesses like Microsoft, HP, O2 and others from the TOP500 Fortune companies.

GWL Team is proud to demonstrate that the battery solutions using the LFP cells are functional, stable and reliable.
