Another idea may be to check the email your have received from GWL’s team in the past. There is the contact information for the GWL colleagues who responded last time. You can try to call the GWL Team or see if you can reach to them by WhatsApp or some other means.

Well, we are so much used to rely on the “internet” that we need to remind ourselves to keep the alternative ways of communications for the situations when the regular means do not work.
