At GWL, we mainly say “No” to business phone call, skype-calls and instant messaging for business activities. We prefer using the old, good email. The email gives us the greatest luxury that we can answer at the convenient time according to our team needs. It also allows to follow on specific details, fragmenting the message into more consequent messages to be handled by different recipients and/or team members.  Emails can be easily shared; multiple recipients can be added. Last but not least emails can be simply stored and searched and reactivated in the future.
