Description

  • The BCC is a communication module working with GWL/Modular CPM1. It provided additional functions of the protection and management for the battery modules monitored by the CPM1.

  • The basic hardware of the module contains: 1x LAN port 100/10 Mbps for connection to PC network. The I2C bus to communicate with the CPM1 and 2 programmable relays.

Operation function

  • Allows reading of the values from CPM1 over the LAN port using the TCP/IP (HTTP + XML) protocols.
  • Supports writing of the settings into the CPM1 board remotely.
  • Principal functions:
  • Emergency cut-off of the whole CPM1 board.
  • Reading out of the individual cells voltage values and the total voltage of the whole pack.
  • Reading the status of the Umax and Umin outputs (on/off)
  • Remote control (changing on/off) of the outputs No. 1 to 4, Umin, Umax and Emergency.
  • Remote control of the two additional NO/NC relays.

The board is powered from the battery pack and supports 9V to 65V (typically 4 cells to 16 cells LFP)

The default IP for the board is http://192.168.0.100.
