  • Hello!  In this video we show you a simple way of convertingthe solar energy into the electric energy with the help of a MicroInverter.

  • This video is divided into three sections: In the first part we will explain the operation of a MicroInverter, then we will show you how to connect a solar panel and a MicroInverter. In the last part we demonstrate the solar energy conversion. At the end we will take you to a bigger solar power plant installation.

  • The advantage of our solution is, that with just one panel you are able to generate your own electric energy from the solar sunshine.

  • Everybody can simply start reducing the costs of electricity taken from the grid.

  • The installation of the MicroInverter is very easy.

  • The MicroInverter is fully waterproof and the connectors as well. Therefore you can mount the MicroInverter outside directly under a solar panel.

  • As regards the parameters, the MicroInverter is very universal. The MicroInverter works with any panel with output voltage 20V to 50V. Maximum power of one MicroInverter is 230W. The total power can be increase by connecting more panels and more MicroInverters.

  • Now we demonstrate how to make the solar energy conversion.
  • For our demonstration we have connected electrical devices with the total consumption of 184 Watts. For monitoring we have used two power monitors. Here we have a very simple electrical circuit

  • The electrical appliance – the power monitor – and the grid socket.

  • Now let us connect the MicroInverter to the circuit. Our MicroInverter is already connected to solar panel. We will watch MicroInverter phasing with the grid and increase of power.

  • You can see that our total consumption is still the same 184 watts, but the amount of energy taken from the grid decreases.

  • Now we are taking only 40W from the public grid. The difference of the energy is provided by the MicroInverter and solar panel.

  • If we now disconnect the MicroInverter, the consumption of the power from the grid will get back to original.

  • And now please accept our invitation to an installation of a bigger solar power plant, where our colleague Mr. Rui Rodriges will take care of you.
