GWL/Modular Battery Link

The GWL/Modular Battery Link is a system of ready-made cabling for 12V, 24V and 48V battery packs. It consists of a set of cables and connectors.

There are three variants using 3 different connectors.

  • 6 pin connector for the 12V pack
  • 6 pin + 4 pin connectors for the 24V pack

The frequent issue of the...

The IR photo shows the frequent issue related to the pouch cells technology. The connection tabs (terminal plates) are limited in size, they will overheat very quickly when loaded with high currents.

The heat from the terminal enters the area of the whole cell and causes gradual overheating.
