LiFePO4 is a very safe technology, with no spontaneous combustion, fire and explosion. The self discharge rate is very low. There is no memory effect – the cells can be recharged at any state of discharge.

We suggest to use the cells in parallel to achieve higher capacity, i.e. 270 Ah (2 cells), 405 Ah (3 cells), 540 Ah (4 cells) |
GWL always strives to offer the best products. But before any of them make it to our pricelists, we rigorously perform a set of various tests and a deep analysis in order to be fully confident about the final selection. During our long existence we came across a number of different brands and manufacturers and we executed hundreds of tests. One of the successful outcomes of these researches is a new brand ELERIX. What all products with the ELERIX logo (and vivid yellow colour) have in common is their high performance and quality for a price they are more than worth for. GWL would like to present you this fine brand and all its products on the shelves of the warehouse and e-shop. As always, we are adding tech. support, warranty and after sales services on top.
Take a look at using the long and short connectors for EX-L135D.
The following chart shows the discharging capacity test. Even the Discharging current 1C in voltage range 2.15V - 3,35V.

Cells are precharged from manufacturer to conservation charge (usually 30-50%).
The cells have to be charged with low current before the first use.
The first charge should not exceed 0.5 C - eg for 100 Ah cell is 50 A.
For initial charging of multiple cells, connect them in parallel and the charger outputs should be connected to both ends of the parallel rows of cells.

We recommend to use chargers specially made for LiFePO4 cells. First charge and initial balancing of the whole pack is important step towards long lifetime.
Alternatively you can use regulated (Laboratory) Power supply as initial charge tool.
