ELERIX 5.2 kWh household energy storage system (HESS) with stand-alone or wall mounting. All HESS systems in our portfolio are based on rechargeable LFP batteries (LiFePO4, lifepo4, lithium phosphate), which are controlled by a computer with intelligent software. The main purpose of these systems is to provide backup power during power outages, reduce dependency on the grid, and minimize electricity costs by using stored energy during peak demand periods.


We are constantly striving to improve our products, especially based on feedback from our customers. Battery communication with Victron inverters has been improved based on a large number of comments from our partners and customers. We recommend using the VE-SHUNT-BT-500 for battery management and SOC measurement. Please check the User Manual for more information.

Product description

This home energy storage system is based on LiFePO4 batteries with an integrated battery management system (BMS) and short circuit protection. Output power is 48 V 100 A (5 kW), and communication output is CAN and RS485. The outputs are on both sides of the battery storage. The individual 5 kW modules can be scaled up to 12 units (master + 11 slaves) using system power and communication connections. This increases the battery storage capacity up to 60 kWh, but the resulting output power and voltage remain the same - 5 kW /48 V at the master output. Parallel interconnection of masters is not supported by the software.

Feature description

The battery is capable of powering the load and/or charging itself via both outputs (the outputs are internally connected in parallel). Using an integrated BMS, these outputs are regulated by a power semiconductor element. The state of charge is indicated on the LED indicator. The outputs are protected against short circuit by a 200 A solid-state fuse (integrated).
