What is meant to be a solar panel producers of Tier 1?
The panels are produced by RISEN ENERGY company which is classified as a producer of Tier 1 solar panels.
Tier 1 solar panels are described as those which were supplied to six different projects and which were financed by non-recourse six different (non-development) banks in the past two years. If a manufacturer achieves tier 1 designation, that means that banks have deemed the manufacturer reliable enough to invest huge amount of money into.
The most prominent tiered system for solar manufacturers is by the Bloomberg New Energy Finance Corporation (BNEF) which came up with this tiered rating to communicate the bankability of solar panel manufacturers.

Power output characteristics - temperature and irradiance
Solar panels are fed by direct Sunlight, however, they perform better in colder ambient temperatures. All Datasheet values are measured at the standardized 20°C. The graf shows the behavior of the panel in warmer areas. Panel losses part of its output efficiency, but is well suited even for extremely hot areas.
Like with temperature, the Datasheet values are stated at standardtized value of irradiance at 1000 W/m2, to roughly calculate actual power output in your area, find the avarage irradiance and compare with the graf.
25 years Warranty
The manufacturer provides up to 25 year Warranty for remaining Power output. The warranty is calculated lineary year by year.

The long warranty period is possible by quality inspection and testing during production. The manufacturer hosts testing laboratory used to confirm certifications. They also use this laboratory to ensure their product meet the highest standards.
