EXAMPLE - Installation on Bitumen membrane roof surface
STEP 1: Side "A" preparation before bonding
Clean and Prime the PVC Prims on side A with Clean and Bond 525.
STEP 2: Bonding of side "A"
Apply Foilbond 380 on side A of the PVC Prisms.
STEP 3: Bonding side "A" on surface
Place the PVC Prisms (Side A faced down) on the Bitumen Membrane.
STEP 4: Side "B" preparation before bonding
Clean and Prime the PVC Prisms on side B with Clean and Bond 525.
STEP 5: Bonding of side "B"
Apply Tonsan on side B of the PVC Prisms.
STEP 6: Complete the installation
Install Sunman Lightweight Panel on top of PVC Prisms.
