BMS123 Smart Current Sensors

Question: The discharge current for my pack is higher than the charge current. For my BMS123 Smart, I wish to use a 300Amp current sensor for the discharge current and 100Amp sensor for the charge current. Is this possible?

Answer: Sorry, this configuration is not possible. The reason is that both of the current sensors must be identical products. At this moment there is only one configuration switch (DIP switch) to make the setting of the current sensor. With one switch there is no possibility to make two settings.

Conclusion: you need to use the same type of sensors
