FAQ: Registering new eGate at SEDAS system
FAQ: At SEDAS system, adding a new eGate fails with info: „the serial number does not exists“. I’m getting this error message from SEDAS system, but I’m 100% sure that you are using correct eGate serial number.
Answer: This situation might occur if you try to add new eGate device into existing SEDAS account. There are SEDAS registration manual.
Note: the SEDAS system is operated by Involar directly. GWL does not have any relation to this software system and its functions. The system is provided „as it is“. GWL cannot be responsible for the operation of the SEDAS system.
