Can you see the difference between the two diagrams? Fuses are added to the diagram on the right side.
Proper fusing is a total must for all DC installations. Even though in many diagrams the fusing is not drawn, but it is something that must be always properly handled.
The rule is simple: “all DC installations must have fusing.”
For high currents we provide MEGA DC fuses suitable for all low voltage installations installations with up 48V DC (nominal voltage of the fuses is 32V). For high voltage installations we recommend special DC fuses from professional suppliers.
